The Aspen Creek Partners, Herb and Cory, are professional to the highest degree. Deadlines are met and their subcontractors are professionals who do a great job. Cory, the architect, follows up on the structural and mechanical details to be sure all is install properly, built to plans, and problem-solves any difficulties along the way. Herb coordinates the project to be sure it is running with reliable schedules—he's like a German train, on time and efficient. I also liked Herb's attention to the budget which came in with no unpleasant surprises. They built a big and complicated house for us and not only did they exceed expectations in quality and attention to detail, but the process was enjoyable with no conflict or misunderstandings.
